Microforce is a software development
business, and as such is committed to providing maintenance
and unique custom design to any customer who has purchased
our products. Microforce realizes that there will be a
need for specialized adaptations of the software depending
on a customer's unique system requirements. While the
Harris 20/20 Switch is still in use throughout the telecom
world, newer state of the art switches are now employed
and would require some simple data parameter modifications
to the software to allow the collection of telephone traffic.
Customers who wish to purchase the programs will be allowed
to negotiate mutually agreeable terms of maintenance and
future development. Typically, during the first month
of use, any service requirements will be performed free
of charge. This would include the initial set up of the
prerequisite Call Detail Record field names and byte sizes
to be collected by Traffic Cop. After one month of successful
operation, any new requirements will require a reasonable
amount of compensation based on either a contractual maintenance
agreement or an hourly rate plus travel expenses. However,
most program operation questions can and will be answered
by phone or internet email at no extra expense. For service
